I cannot find any way to cancel the automatic renewal feature for this software. Your instructions for doing so only go to a 'dead end' and are not accurate as seen on the screen. I am getting very annoyed at the pop-up window that appears every time that I start up my computer. I want to make the necessary change to prevent that annoying pop-up to stop. Your instructions for doing that as shown on your web site do not result in the ability to make any changes.
